Each of our chiropractic assistants has earned the designation of Certified Therapy Assistants (C.T.A.) by the state of Tennessee. They are thoroughly trained in all administrative and insurance procedures and can answer questions regarding virtually any aspect of your care or insurance coverage.

R.B. Kramer is the newest addition to the Donelson Chiropratic Clinic staff. He has had extensive business management training and customer service. Since joining Dr. Williams' staff last year, he has passed the State of Tennessee CTA exam and completed his training in insurance filing and accounting. R.B. is looking forward to working with Dr. Williams, Carma and all the Donelson Chiropractic patients.
